The trophy shelf, how tiers work and which cosmetic rewards you can unlock.
Trophies are small milestones: your first guest, your first lift, a month in the black, a good photo and so on. Open the Trophies shelf from the main menu. Some are secret and show as ??? until you earn them.
Trophies belong to your profile (stored locally in your browser), not to one save game. Rare trophies are worth more points. Some trophies, marked below, give you cosmetic rewards: purely visual changes such as building palettes, village flags, photo frames and chair colours. They never change how the game plays.
Use Settings to equip a cosmetic; it applies at once without a restart.
